1- We ask all our clients to respect the guidelines issued by the public health authorities in your respective regions and provinces. We thank you in advance for your understanding and valuable cooperation.
2- Please do not show up to the course if you are experiencing symptoms of the COVID-19 or if you have tested positive for the virus.
3- Respect the procedures given by our staff appointed to customer service and please respect other golfers by exercising physical distancing of 2 metres (6 feet 6 inches).
4- Motorized cart with a divider, the driver must remain the same for the whole duration of the round of golf and without, 2 golfers only if they live together.
5- Tee time every 10 minutes to encourage physical distancing.
6- Credit and debit card payment methods are encouraged and will be done by "tap" to reduce direct hand contact. Cash payments will be accepted.
7- You will have to disinfect your hands before entering the golf shop and we will have a staff at the door to oversee that each golfer will respect that procedure.
8- Our carts will have been sanitized to secure a safe usage.
9- Customers will be responsible to handle their own golf equipment.
10- No ball washers, rakes or garbage stations will be available on the golf course, so please plan accordingly and use your feet to level out the bunkers.
11- Score cards & pencils will be available on demand only. We encourage you to use our free mobile app to keep score.
12- Please make sure to not touch neither the ball, marker, cart nor any piece of equipment that belongs to another player.
13- We ask that you not remove or touch the pin.
14- A device will be in place, so the golf ball does not go at the bottom of the cup for easy and touchless pick-up.
15- We encourage golfers and staff members to not shake hands & please avoid any king of body contact.
16- Masks must be worn indoors. You must bring your own mask and wear it when checking in or walking around the club building.
